We offer a fully equipped studio space to hire for your next yoga, Pilates or wellness event or class. Located in the picturesque village of Sicklinghall, this space is guaranteed to help you deliver your event in beautiful surroundings.
What to expect from our studio.

Move Well is a 500sq foot space set within Carlshead Business Centre. Located at Carlshead Farm, Sicklinghall, on the outskirts of Wetherby and just a short drive from Leeds, Harrogate and York, Carlshead Business Centre is an award-winning initiative that is carbon neutral and fully sustainable.
The studio features original exposed beams, high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, underfloor heating and 5G broadband. It also has a roll-up projector screen, as well as standard safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and a first aid box.
Surrounded by acres of unspoilt farmland, Carlshead Business Centre also includes a meeting room, located next to Move Well, which, with prior arrangement, can be used for hosting lunches, serving hot drinks or simply providing clients with a space to regroup before or after a session.

The studio is fully equipped with the following:
12 yoga mats
12 yoga bolsters
12 yoga blocks
24 yoga ‘brick’ shaped blocks
12 organic cotton blankets
12 8” overballs
12 yoga straps
Use of all yoga and Pilates props is included in the rental fee.
The studio also has a baby swing chair, a baby play mat, shoes storage racks, a bluetooth speaker and dimmable feature lamps.

Rental costs £20p/h; £100 for a half day (4 hours) and £200 for a full day (8 hours). Set up and clearing time is included in the hourly rate.
